ADF Energy-Development Manager.

The 5S method is part of our group’s constant policy of improvement.
We must offer our clients the perfect quality of services.
We had decided to call on an expert office with know-how and experience in this field in order to reach our objectives.

On September 2008, we conducted a prior consultation process.
The competitiveness of PRISM’s offer, their knowledge of fieldwork and their pragmatism were predominant assets in our choice.

We launched our action in the PACA region on October 2008, although our national implantation could have led us to start this process in other places.

In fact, the PACA region is very representative of our activities in the area of industry-related services.
In particular, this region presents all the components of the Group through which we wanted to set up this process (workings centers, maintenance contracts).   

The actions conducted by PRISM in the PACA region were entirely satisfactory:

• Simplicity and efficiency of the process
• Quality of debriefings
• Accuracy of analysis

Besides, the results we got generated within the ADF Group a real will to extend this process to the other regions where we are present.
Afterwards, we chose the Rhône-Alpes region.

After one year, we notice a significant progress on our places of work, in terms of structures as well as in terms of our teams’ state of mind.

The 5S method must be an integral part of our daily activities.
The evolution of our sites and staff requires this kind of process, even if it sometimes means reconsidering our practices.

We are convinced that, in this area, success requires a daily recognition.
This is why we think that it is necessary to dispose of 5S facilitators and referents.
This complementary training action, which PRISM will be soon conducting, is in line with our ADF Group’s strong will to make the process durable.
